Warehouse Assistants help manage the flow of stock through a warehouse. They are usually responsible for receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse. Warehouse Assistants must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and communication skills are required to be an effective Warehouse Assistant.
We’d love to hear from you:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse (Executive Level position).
- 2 years of experience in retail industry.
- Familiarity with company products is added advantage in most instances, demonstrating better understanding of the company’s expectations.
- Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working condition and to get problems resolved without delay.
- Ability to perform excellently even when under work pressure, especially in times when shipment or inventory deliveries are forgotten or delayed.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with purpose to work with digitalized report and system.
- Ability to relate across departments connected to the warehouse, and with other members of staff within working environment.
- Proficient with the use of the computer, especially packages relating to inventory, like Excel and others.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Follow up quality product issue from the retail & delivery team and deliver the info of action taken to the respective team.
- Update quality report in product issue summary every day.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager to update the deduction summary report file.
- Update and investigate the warehouse missing item report when reported.
- Attend a quality meeting every Friday / follow up the pending issue the next week.
- Assist in pending order when the warehouse team/delivery team need help.
- Complete the order process in the backend system.

- Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 5kg – 15kg
- Have flexible availability that supports the needs of the business

Your Day-to-Day:
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom that is easy to navigate while protecting key items closest to the sales floor.
- Support inventory integrity through managing inbound and outbound transfers, performing weekly cycle counts, and send-outs. Follow procedures for damages, returns, and other product issues that could jeopardize inventory integrity.
- Support in-store replenishment and size integrity on the shop floor, and communicate sell through concerns as necessary.
- Able to assist any customer situation.
- Support monthly product flow, visual adjustments, and in-store signage.
- Support the maintenance of the store’s presentation standards.
- Have a customer-first mindset when working with customers.
- Educate our customers through our Brand’s mission and values.
- Be an expert our our products.
- Actively sell and style our products and offering fit advice.
What is expected of you:
