A Sweets E-Gift card is an electronic versions of the Gift card which can be used for purchases on MySweetsBox website.
This card is fantastic presents for friends and family as they can be used to make purchases online.
MySweetsBox offers E-Gift cards for Malaysian, Singaporean and Brunei customers. Buy an E-Gift Card and have it delivered via email within 1 business day.
You can purchase any item sold on our MySweetsBox website.
E-Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on a card will not be available for use after the card’s expiry date.
There is no any charges or service fee for the E-Gift Card.
Card Usage
Sweets E-Gift Card can only be used on our MySweetsBox website like you would a credit card.
Use the Gift Card code when making payment during the checkout process.
You can check your E-Gift Card balance in your account under Gift Card tab or by contacting the Sweets Care Centre.
No. E-Gift card can only be used once.
return, refund & exchange
You cannot redeem your E-Gift card for cash.
Goods which are purchased solely or in part with a E-Gift card may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy here. Any amount owed back will be issued on a new gift card.
E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender type.
